logo Ville de PercéThe town of Percé covers a territory of 427.94 km2 on the southeastern tip of the Gaspé peninsula. 1n 1970, six rural municipalities merges together  to make the town of Percé : municipality of St-Georges-de-Malbaie, Barachois, Bridgeville, Percé, Cap d'Espoir and Val d'Espoir. These former municipalities now form districts, each of which is represented by a municipal councilor, two for the Percé and Cap d'Espoir sectors. The city of Percé is one of the five municipalities in the MRC of Rocher-Percé. Percé enjoys an unusual natural environment and a unique built and historic heritage that make it an inexhaustible source of wonder for visitors and residents alike and a faithful muse for artists despite the passage of time.
